Super experience, super organisation!
The trip was planned perfectly. The guide is super kind and made sure the pace was good for everyone. The porters made really good food (and a lot). It was a fantastic trip. 3d 2n start Sembalun return Torean
A must do experience if you like trekking. Qiyan came the night before the start to explain our track. Day 1 we started from Sembalun, I was not feeling well with my stomach and he always took care I was taking the right pauses. When we arrived at the crater our tent was already waiting for us and the two porters were taking care of every need. They provided us with tow warm sleeping bags. During the trekking they always cooked delicious food (and a lot, we always needed to give some back to them because we could not finish it!). The morning of day 2 we tried to reach the summit but due to weather conditions we needed to renounce half way. However the day was pretty nice we had a long walk down to the lake first, then lunch at the hot spring where we also took a relaxing hot bath, and slept in the jungle. On day 3 we finished our trekking in Torean. Qiyan has been to Rinjani more than 1000 times and he decided to open his own agency. All his crew was very friendly and hard working so that we could enjoy every moment at the most. Basically we just needed to walk and enjoy the view. The rest they took care. Qyian is an excellent guide!
We did a 4d/3n tour on Rinjani guided by Qiyan. The tour had been wonderful, the organization was perfect and the food was great. Qiyan is a very experienced guide, gentle and calm, nice and he takes care of everyone. We kindly suggest Qyian for your Rinjani trek!
